Macroreer warrants to the original customer or purchaser that each of its fiber optic products, and all components thereof, will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of three years from the original factory shipment date. Any warranty hereunder is extended to the original consumer or purchaser and is not assignable. Macroreer makes no express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly set forth in this warranty. In no event shall Macroreer be liable for incidental or consequential damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the performance of the product delivered hereunder. Macroreer will in no case cover damages arising out of the product being used in a negligent fashion or manner.
* Remark:
  1. This warranty right only lies in the initial purchaser of products and is not transferrable.
  2. This warranty right do not apply to special-offer products. For special-offer products, we will remark the warranty period under the product.
  3. The warranty clause does not include any product damage caused by improper installation, accident hazards, natural disasters, abuse, misuse, low power or over-voltage, incorrect operation, poor/ bad environmental conditions and any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
  4. The warranty clause does not apply to products with modified internal electronic information, EEPROM information, etc.  without authorized.
  5. The warranty clause does not include system problems caused by third-party software, upgraded software or upgraded IOS of the connecting devices.

30-Day money back guarantee applies to all products sold by provided that the items are new, undamaged, unmodified and in good resalable condition. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply return within 15 days.

Returns are not acceptable if:

  2. After 30 days of delivery, returns are not acceptable. If the items are still under warranty period, customer could ask for repair or replacement.

RMA Process:

All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship. 
If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period under warranty policy,, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge.

In the unlikely event of a wrong or defective or failed item that you want to ask for return and refund within 30 days of delivery, immediately make note of the part number, serial number and description and proof of issue. Email or call your sales representative to submit part(s) and receive an RMA # and return instruction via email. Return tracking No. must be provided within 7 working days after you receive the RMA in order to get a full refund (refunds don't include freight charge and transaction cost). You should expect to receive your refund within 2 months of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

RMA is not acceptable if:
  1. Products exceeds the warranty period.
  2. Products don't accord with warranty policy.
  3. No RMA agreement was reached with a sales representative before RMA.
  4. RMA is not done based on RMA instructions.

RMA Request
In the unlikely event of a wrong or defective or failed item, immediately make note of the part number, serial number and description and proof of issue. Email or call your sales representative to submit part(s) and receive an RMA # via email. We will promptly send the RMA number and return instruction. Please provide return tracking No. within 7 working days after you receive the RMA. Please let us know if there is a production link at stake, for we will often cross-ship to ensure minimal downtime. For customers who do not practice sparing, replacement product is usually in stock and ready to ship.
